About Me
Mohamed Hamroun graduated with an engineering degree from the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Multimedia at the University of Sfax in Tunisia in 2014. He pursued a career in industry before returning to school to earn a PhD in computer science in December 2019 at the LaBRI laboratory at the University of Bordeaux. Since his thesis, he has held three postdoctoral research positions in two different laboratories: the first at the LISIC laboratory of the University of Littoral, and the second at the XLIM laboratory of the University of Limoges. He is currently a permanent researcher at the 3IL / XLIM laboratory and collaborates with several laboratories in France and abroad on various research issues: Image and AI for health, Pattern Recognition, Image and Video Processing, Indexing and Information Retrieval, Information Extraction, Machine Learning, Clustering, and Deep Learning.
